HISTORY
The partnership goes back 1938, when Dr Otto Lenz founded the firm after leaving the Reich Ministry of Justice. After the war, Dr Otto Lenz was one of the co-founders of the CDU (Christian Democratic Union) and became Secretary of State under the Federal Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, during which time the lawyer and notary Dr Walter Roßmann continued the running of the firm. Lawyer and notary Arnold Heidemann was active in the partnership from 1959 until his retirement in 2010 at the age of eighty.
Dr Arnim Nast joined the partnership in 1970. He was also an instructor for the professional training of estate agents and property administrators over several decades until his retirement in 2018.
Martin and Patrick Heidemann joined the firm as lawyers in 1984 and 1997 respectively, becoming partners in 1991 and 2007 and notaries in 1996 and 2007 respectively.
Dr Marcel Messerschmidt has worked as a lawyer in the firm since 2016, becoming a partner and notary in 2018. Dr. Roland Kühne has been with the firm since 2018, becoming a partner and notary in 2019.
